This week was pretty alright for me. Felt kinda lost, with school ending at timings like 12, 2.. even 5. And it being the first week of school, it feels even weirder that there's nothing much to intensively research on. But i must enjoy it while it lasts and remember this feeling.
At the beginning of the week I was struggling with self-esteem issues, feeling quite poorly bout myself cause of the many things that people say. Things like "pretty girls are a gift from God" don't sit well with me, even if it's a joke. face it la .. I am definately not pretty, which is fine by me and neither do i want to be pretty. why was I upset then, probably because people expect me to want to be otherwise or seemingly throw me out as some kind of reject. well then sarah's answer to the world is that there won't be pretty girls if there weren't not pretty girls like me.
Then today's lesson, there was this bit about TAF club, which brings back memories of being in it once very long ago. It wasn't exactly an ordeal, not being able to eat for recess, having to miss half of recess to jump rope.. Thank God I didn't turn anorexic but improved on my rope jumping skills instead.. haha.
